What is the difference between Joy's Food and Animéco kibble?

Joy's Food stands out for its semi-moist format containing 70-73% fresh Swiss meat (beef or chicken). Ideal for dogs who enjoy a softer texture and optimal digestibility.

Animéco offers 100% Swiss dry kibble and fresh meals, without preservatives or gluten. Perfect for a natural and balanced diet developed with Swiss veterinarians.

Can my cat or dog have allergies or food sensitivities?

Yes, some animals have food sensitivities. Our Joy's Food and Animéco products are grain-free, preservative-free and made with natural Swiss ingredients.

Symptoms of intolerance include: itching, digestive upset, vomiting. If you observe these signs:

• Consult your veterinarian before making any changes
• Gradually introduce new products (5-7 days)
• Our Immuno+ supplement supports gut flora

At what age can my kitten or puppy eat solid food?

Kittens and puppies can start to discover solid food around 4-5 weeks, but breastfeeding/bottle feeding remains essential until 8-10 weeks.

Our Joy's Food and Animéco products are suitable from 3 months old. Gradual transition recommended:

• Week 1-2: 25% new product + 75% old
• Week 3-4: 50% new + 50% old
• After: 100% new product

Consult your veterinarian for a suitable feeding plan for your young animal.

Can I mix different types of food (kibble, wet food, treats)?

Yes, absolutely! Mixing dry kibble and fresh wet food brings variety and enjoyment to your pet.

Nutritional advice:

• Kibble: staple food (70-80%)
• Wet food/fresh meals: supplement (10-20%)
• Treats/snacks: rewards, max 10% of daily calories

Are our products truly 100% Swiss and natural?

Yes! Here's our commitment:

• Joy's Food: Fresh Swiss meat raised and processed in Switzerland. Semi-moist, zero synthetic additives.
• Animéco: Products developed in collaboration with Swiss veterinarians. Cooked in Switzerland, without preservatives or gluten.
• Supplements: 100% Swiss insect oil (mealworms raised in Switzerland).

Each product is selected for its premium quality and minimal environmental impact.

How should I store treats and fresh products?

Depending on the type of product:

• Dry kibble: Airtight container, cool and dry place. Duration: 6-12 months after opening.
• Wet food and fresh meals: Refrigerator (2-3 days) or freezer (3 months). Defrost 24h before use.
• Dried treats (tendons, chicken): Original packaging, room temperature. Guaranteed long shelf life.
• Pom'potes purees: Refrigerator. Consume according to date.

Tip: Divide large packages into portions for better freshness.

My cat/dog doesn't like their kibble, what should I do?

That's normal! Tastes vary. Here are our recommendations:

• Slow transition: Gradually mix the old product with the new (7-10 days).
• Try another flavor: Joy's Food offers beef and chicken. Animéco does too!
• Vary the texture: Supplement with our wet food or fresh meals.
• Add a supplement: Our insect oils make the meal more appetizing.

If refusal persists, consult your veterinarian (dental problems, discomfort).

Are accessories (hammock, fountain, tunnel) suitable for small cats/dogs?

Yes, but you need to check the dimensions:

• Hamacat Hammock: Ideal for lightweight cats (up to 5kg). Secure and stable.
• Funnyl Tunnel: Perfect for small to medium animals (cats, young dogs).
• Drinkatt Fountain: Works for all animals. Regulates flow based on weight.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. All payments are secured and processed directly on our Shopify platform.

How long does it take to receive my order in Switzerland?

Our Animéco and Joy's Food products are shipped from our warehouse in Morges and delivered within 24 hours throughout Switzerland. Delivery is free for purchases over CHF 80.
